Every child is unique and we believe that success and growth come from encouragement and praise. Our teachers focus is to encourage and support the development of each child and provide opportunities for self-exploration and discovery. We nurture their natural strengths. A child see’s the world around them with wonder and awe, we believe in providing learning experiences designed to stimulate a child's creative learning abilities.
Toddler Group Curriculum ages 2 and 3
The toddlers follow the Active Learning Series. Activities will be divided into four parts: listening and talking, physical development, creative activities, and learning from the world around them.
In the Preschool program the children will develop cognitive, social and physical skills. They will be encouraged to express their feelings through creative dramatics, art and everyday interpersonal relationships. Numerical conceptualization will be fostered by providing concrete materials such as blocks and puzzles. Literacy skills are developed through language experience approach with emphasis on dictation, storytelling, labeling, and singing. Large motor skills are enhanced by building, climbing, gymnastics, and rhythmic movement.
